Penis size is a considerable concern for men of all ages. Throughout history, the penis has defined masculinity. Discussion of the penis has been deemed taboo, socially unacceptable; and at other times, it is the topic of lighthearted conversation and jokes. The penis length, girth (width) and function, however, have been an issue for men throughout history.
When even more good transactions were needed, Berkeley simply plucked random customers from its database, charged their credit cards, then immediately refunded the money. In April 2002, for instance, 2,482 customer credit cards were billed $19.95 each, after which the charges were reversed. If people called to complain, Berkeley blamed a "computer glitch."
Penis pumps can increase size temporarily.  They pull more blood into the penile tissue than normally is supposed to be there to engorge the penis, and that blood is held in place with the aid of a cock-ring.  The results are more pronounced in those with larger penises to begin with (there's more to work with!) than those with smaller.  And you need to be careful to use a cock-ring safely, especially in conjunction with a pump.  Keep any erection too long, or over-engorge the penis and you will permanently damage your tool.
Well my husband might not be too happy that i am going to publish this, but he is living proof that it is possible to increase penis size! It was something he was always ashamed of and it gave him incredible anxiety, especially when we first started dating. He wanted to commit to surgery but I convinced him otherwise because of the health risks. Instead, he did a lot of online research into natural enlargement methods that ended up working much better than we could have imagined. This is what WORKED for him and so you can also do it too:
First of all, we have to define what small really means and what statistics apart from any personal impressions and taste actually say: The flaccid size is irrelevant, some men have a rather small penis growing to enormous size when erect, on the other hand there are men with a rather impressive flaccid penis that just erects itself when aroused and doesn’t grow much in girth or length. Flaccid and erect size don’t correlate.
All this might be leading to more than simple image anxiety; some have pointed to a new mental-health issue they term penile dysmorphic disorder. “It is a minority of men – and we don’t know how many – but it certainly exists and it’s as damaging as any other body dysmorphia,” says Professor David Veale, of King’s College London, an authority on health anxieties. “These men might seek out surgery, and for a few months they will be happy with the results. But then the same anxieties reappear. So, they seek out further surgery. It becomes a circle. But you cannot keep making your penis bigger. This requires therapy.”

Even though people think penis pumps can enlarge the penis, this is not completely true. The vacuum pump is used to obtain instant erections in cases of impotence and resolve other erectile dysfunction difficulties with having or maintaining an erection. The treatment takes place in a cylinder in which the penis is introduced. The vacuum atmosphere produced inside causes more blood to flow into the penis resulting in an apparently longer and larger penis. But when the vasodilator effect ends, the penis tends to recover to its original size. Nevertheless, pumps are very useful in getting stronger and firmer erections in the newest sexual fitness concept.

Approximately a third of the penis lies inside the body, beneath the pubic bone. In the lengthening surgery, called phalloplasty, the suspensory ligament above the penis is released, which causes the penis to extend further outside the body. This is done through a small incision in the pubic area and will be covered by pubic hair. Although this procedure will result in erections that point downward, this will not interfere with normal function.
This led to short-terms gains but long-term problems. Angry customers, unable to get satisfaction from Berkeley, went to their credit card companies instead. Berkeley's "chargeback" ratio went through the roof as customers disputed charges and banks took money back from Berkeley, putting the company's very ability to accept credit cards in jeopardy. (Payment processors would have cut off Berkeley if more than one percent of its transactions were chargebacks).
Increasing penis circumference is most often performed by transferring fat from other areas of the body by liposuction, and placing it through a syringe into the penile shaft. A newer procedure that some surgeons are using is the transfer of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from your own blood supply. Both of these approaches involve no foreign bodies, and therefore there are no problems of tissue rejection. Another method is to increase the overall width of the penis with a dermal wrap of an allograft material placed under the skin.
But when the Supreme Court took the case, it gutted this logic. "The Fourth Amendment protects people, not places," wrote Justice Potter Stewart for the majority. "What a person knowingly exposes to the public, even in his own home or office, is not a subject of Fourth Amendment protection. But what he seeks to preserve as private, even in an area accessible to the public, may be constitutionally protected." He went on: "No less than an individual in a business office, in a friend's apartment, or in a taxicab, a person in a telephone booth may rely upon the protection of the Fourth Amendment. One who occupies it, shuts the door behind him, and pays the toll that permits him to place a call is surely entitled to assume that the words he utters into the mouthpiece will not be broadcast to the world. To read the Constitution more narrowly is to ignore the vital role that the public telephone has come to play in private communication."
Berkeley went frantic in its attempt to keep the chargeback ratio low. The company "double-dinged" on charges, splitting transactions into two parts (one for the product, one for shipping), billing each separately. By 2003, it was triple-dinging charges to make the volume of "good" transactions appear higher. If Berkeley thought its chargeback ratio was too poor in any given month, employees would bill Warshak's personal credit cards with a host of one-dollar transactions until his card limits were reached; Warshak would then be reimbursed by the company.
Consider ginkgo biloba. This herb is often taken to boost memory, but it also help with blood circulation and may enhance blood flow to the penis. According to a study conducted at the University of California, ginkgo is most effective at helping men on anti-depressants that can lead to sexual dysfunction. Another study found that gingko had no effect. Scientific data is inconclusive, but since gingko enhances memory and has relatively few side effects, it might be worth a try.[3]
According to the website of one such product, the safe application of traction encourages tissue cells to divide and multiply, a process called cytokinesis. Over time and with great effort this will lead to tissue growth. The FDA considers these low-risk devices (Class 1) and so provides only general controls intended to be followed by manufacturers.
Penis-lengthening surgery is also an option for men, but it is a highly controversial procedure. The American Urological Association says a common form of lengthening surgery (involving cutting the suspensory ligament of the penis) has not been shown to be safe or effective. The group also refuses to endorse surgeries that inject fat cells in the penis with the goal of increasing penile girth.
