This doesn’t mean penis surgery isn’t a viable solution for various medical indications like e.g. a penile prosthesis in case of complete impotence (erectile dysfunction), circumcision in case of serious foreskin constriction (phimosis) but for enlagement only, there are less risky ways with good rewards as well. Responsible plastic surgeons only offer surgical penis enlargement for patients suffering from a very small penis or micro penis. In addition, there are only very few surgeons who have the skills and knowledge to safely perform this very special type of medical intervention.

The government obtained convictions, but the case was appealed to the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco and then to the Supreme Court in Washington, DC. Olmstead's key contention was that his Fourth Amendment rights had been violated by the warrantless wiretaps. The government argued, however, that its phone taps had occurred outside Olmstead's office building; therefore, it had not "searched" his person, property, or possessions. No warrant was needed.
The penis surgery has made improvements during these past years. Nonetheless, even though we can obtain positive results, it still presents many risks of side effects (such as the penile retraction or erectile dysfunction) which do not always make this option the perfect alternative when penis extenders and surgery are compared. The surgery usually consists of cutting the suspensory ligament and posterior enlargement of penis. Even though this way to increase penis size is faster, this method does not always offer permanent results, due to later retraction of penis.
During your initial consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss your cosmetic goals. Your surgeon will evaluate you as a phalloplasty candidate and clarify what a penis enlargement procedure can do for you. Understanding your goals and medical condition, both alternative and additional treatments may be considered (See related procedures).

The US marshal for the Southern District of Ohio, which collected and sold Warshak's valuables to pay his judgment, did a thorough job of tracking down his property—but the marshals couldn't find the Segway, which Warshak's family had reported stolen. Three years later, the Segway resurfaced in the abandoned property room of the local sheriff's office. Someone had found it by the side of a highway back in 2008; it took until 2011 for police to realize that it was the missing Warshak scooter. In May 2012, after the gear had all been sold, the Department of Justice released $24 million to repay Berkeley victims.
Exercise your pelvic floor. You may not be able to build up the penis itself through exercise, but if you strengthen your pelvic floor your body will be better able to hold blood in your penis. The pelvic floor presses on the vein that keeps blood from leaving the penis during erections. You can strengthen your pelvic floor using Kegel exercises. A trial conducted in Britain concluded that men who performed Kegel exercises experienced better sexual function than those who made other lifestyle changes but didn't perform the exercises.[10]
Consider ginkgo biloba. This herb is often taken to boost memory, but it also help with blood circulation and may enhance blood flow to the penis. According to a study conducted at the University of California, ginkgo is most effective at helping men on anti-depressants that can lead to sexual dysfunction. Another study found that gingko had no effect. Scientific data is inconclusive, but since gingko enhances memory and has relatively few side effects, it might be worth a try.[3]
Penis size is a considerable concern for men of all ages. Throughout history, the penis has defined masculinity. Discussion of the penis has been deemed taboo, socially unacceptable; and at other times, it is the topic of lighthearted conversation and jokes. The penis length, girth (width) and function, however, have been an issue for men throughout history.
Atherosclerosis, a condition in which fatty deposits build up inside arteries, may restrict blood flow to the penis and cause erection difficulties. "The small blood vessels that go to the penis can become diseased much earlier than the [larger] vessels that go to the heart," Karen Boyle, MD, a urologist at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, tells WebMD. "In younger or younger middle-aged men, ED is often the first sign of atherosclerosis."
