Though generously endowed by nature and confident enough in his body to have appeared in some adult films in his 20s, O’Connor decided to enhance his girth in 2013. “It was just something I fancied,” he says with a shrug. “Some men have hair transplants or belly tucks. I wanted a truncheon in my pants. My whole life I’ve enjoyed impressing women; this was just an extension of that. You could call it a gentlemanly thing to do.”
Lose belly fat. Your penis may look smaller than it really is if it's partially obscured by skin that droops over the top. Losing belly fat is no simple task, but it can make a big difference when it comes to the perceived size of your penis. Start taking measures to lose weight and you'll likely see improvement in other areas as well. According to a report from Harvard, men with a 42-inch waist are 50 percent more likely to have erectile dysfunction (ED) than men with a 32-inch waist.[11]
Male enhancement pills are pills that claim to enhance pleasure in sex, penis or erection size, or stamina in men. The only pills that are proven to have a positive effect are prescription medicines for erectile dysfunction (like Viagra, Sildenafil, Cialis, Spedra and Levitra) or natural supplements (like yohimbine). To study the effect of penis width vs. length on female sexual satisfaction, 50 sexually active female undergraduate students were asked which felt better, was penis width or length more important for their sexual satisfaction. None reported they did not know, or that width and length were equally satisfying. A large majority, 45 of 50, reported width was more important.
This exercise is hard and very vigorous but it’s the most effective. You can start it by sitting in a comfortable place, then you have to warm up for 30-50 strong contractions, and then hold the penis tightly for 10 seconds and after that do 150 PC flexes, and when you reach to the last PC flex, hold it as long as you can, then take a rest for 3 minutes, and follow this with 40 strong PC flexes.

A three-judge panel of Sixth Circuit appellate judges took up the question in a lengthy opinion handed down on December 14, 2010. To address the Fourth Amendment issue, the judges first had to decide if taking the e-mails from NuVox constituted a "search" at all—with "search" in this case defined as the government infringing upon "an expectation of privacy" that "society is prepared to consider reasonable."

"The small blood vessels that go to the penis can become diseased much earlier than the [larger] vessels that go to the heart," Karen Boyle, MD, a urologist at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, tells WebMD. "In younger or younger middle-aged men, ED is often the first sign of atherosclerosis."
