Penis enlargement, or male enhancement, is any technique aimed to increase the size of a human penis. Some methods aim to increase total length, others the shaft's girth, and yet others the glans size. Techniques include pills, hormones, massage, stretching, inflation, incision, injections, and implants. While some techniques are hoaxes, others may be somewhat effective, perhaps at high risk of complications.
CONTEXT Penis size is a great concern for men in many cultures. Despite the great variety of methods for penile augmentation, none has gained unanimous acceptance among experts in the field. However, in this era of minimally invasive procedure, injection therapy for penile augmentation has become more popular. Here we report a case of methacrylate injection in the penis that evolved with penile deformity and sexual dysfunction. This work also reviews the investigation and management of this pathological condition. CASE REPORT A 36-year-old male sought medical care with a complaint of penile deformity and sexual dysfunction after methacrylate injection. The treatment administered was surgical removal. Satisfactory cosmetic and functional results were reached after two months. CONCLUSIONS There is a need for better structured scientific research to evaluate the outcomes and complication rates from all penile augmentation procedures.

Panic is the anti-answer, so let’s end that now. Like any situation, this one demands some straight up facts, so let’s begin there. The first and most important fact is to forget what you’ve seen in photographs, in movies, or on the web. Based on a sample of 1,661 guys, the average self-reported erect penis length is 5.6 inches. Technically, according to the Mayo Clinic, a penis is not even considered small unless it measures less than three inches when erect.
While many men worry their penis is too small, research shows that most men's penises are normal and they needn't be concerned. Professor Kevan Wylie, a sexual medicine consultant, says men with concerns about their penis size should consider talking to a health professional before experimenting with treatments, which are mostly ineffective, expensive and potentially harmful.
Small Penis Enlargement Website was reviewed by Loren Jones in September 2018 for professional penis enlargement information. Quote: “There are quite a few websites offering information on this topic, but few are trustworthy and offer solid facts like SPE. From my point of view and knowledge, I can support your data, the suggestions and experiences you present. Almost perfect and written in a style understandable for laymen. Yours sincerely, L. Compared to other cosmetic procedures, breast augmentation, tummy tucks, mommy makeovers, facial fillers and the like, we hear far less about penis enhancement. Perhaps there is still significantly more stigma associated with this procedure, or perhaps it’s just not well-suited for television, but there’s simply not a lot of talk about it in almost any media, at least nothing I’m reading or on shows I’m watching, and as such, there are a lot of seemingly unanswered questions revolving around penis enhancement. For example - - How is it done? Why?
Try ginseng. Korean red ginseng is said to give the nervous system a boost through ginsenosides, a natural component of the plant. While there is no conclusive scientific evidence that ginseng causes the penis to get bigger, men who took ginseng extract tablets as part of a study in South Korea experienced better sexual function after taking the supplements for several weeks.[1]
Something extraordinary was also taking place at Berkeley Nutraceuticals, the Cincinnati, Ohio, startup behind Enzyte. The company, founded by Steven Warshak, eventually sold 13 different herbal products with vaguely medical-sounding names like Rovicid (allegedly enhanced sex), Ogoplex (allegedly intensified orgasms), and Keflex (allegedly masked drug traces in urine), but it was Enzyte that became the corporate gold mine.

Board Certified really matters: What’s the difference between a board-certified surgeon versus a general physician? A lot. It’s but one reason such professionals are the only doctors allowed to perform treatments at licensed surgery centers – their insurance carrier’s know: non board-certified surgeons aren’t skilled enough to effectively resolve the variety of complications that can arise. All doctors are “certified” before being licensed to practice medicine – however only “board certified” must continually prove their meddle before an experienced group of their peers. It’s kind of like eating at a restaurant that was only inspected at the opening and won’t get shut down until somebody dies versus enjoying your meal at an establishment that’s annually evaluated and the quality confirmed. You’ve only got one penis: do you really want to risk your performance with a medical amateur?
Sometimes men with erection problems or a diminished libido have low levels of testosterone, Boyle says. Testosterone deficiencies can also affect mood and energy levels. Boyle tests for testosterone levels and prescribes it as a topical gel, though she warns it is only safe when prescribed and monitored by a physician. Nonprescription testosterone, such as the kind used by some bodybuilders, is dangerous, she warns.
